A1Recipe is a discovery and aggregation platform. We do not process food orders directly, operate restaurants, or employ delivery workers. All orders are fulfilled by third-party delivery platforms.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

• Delivery times are estimates only and are provided by third-party platforms
• We cannot guarantee that affiliate deals will be honoured by third-party platforms

A1Recipe is not liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information. Always verify details directly with the restaurant or delivery platform before ordering.

5. AI Chef Assistant

Our AI Chef feature provides food suggestions and recommendations. Please note:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• AI suggestions do not constitute professional nutritional or dietary advice
• Do not rely on AI responses for information about food allergies or dietary restrictions without independently verifying with the restaurant
• We do not store AI chat history beyond the active session

6. User Conduct

When using A1Recipe, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download platform content
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any forms or features
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or interfere with platform functionality
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform

All content on A1Recipe — including text, design, code, graphics, and the A1Recipe brand — is owned by or licensed to A1Recipe and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute platform content without prior written permission.
